Pent roof construction with square tube supports on which the water boxes, beams and main roof girders made of T-sections are mounted. Water casings made of multiple folded and stiffened sheet steel. The roof is covered with a glass-bright laminated safety glazing (VSG) according to the recommendation of the municipal accident association. 6 pieces supports made of square tube with base plates for dowelling. 3 rear panels, 1 side panel on the right and 1 side panel on the left made of glass-bright toughened safety glass fixed with glass holders. Grid dimension 1500 mm front side open. The entire steel construction is hot-dip galvanized, primed and powder-coated in one color or painted with two-component paint according to RAL of your choice.
Before color coating, the parts are CO2 ice blasted at -76°C to remove contaminants.

Freight by semitrailer (40 t) 1 piece EUR 800,- to construction site freely accessible by truck, unloaded. For unloading, a forklift or crane with up to 2,000 kg lifting capacity and 2.4 meter long forklift shoes or appropriate crane gear is required. Unloading with provided crane truck 1 piece EUR 195,-.
WITHOUT doweling of the pre-assembled smoking shelters The mounting material (dowels) is not part of our scope of delivery.

Additionally, you can upgrade your bike parking facility with:

• Special foiling in your company colors (price on request)

Assembly on site by the customer/buyer!
The required foundations are to be constructed on site according to our specifications. You will receive a foundation plan with the order confirmation, whereby we assume normal soil conditions (2 kg/sq. cm) for the dimensioning. It must be ensured that it is possible to drill holes of at least 100 mm into the floor slab without reinforcement. There are no supply lines in the area of the floor dowelling.
Important notes:

• Foundations to be constructed must be level and horizontal without slope, with a maximum height difference of +/- 5mm.
• Dowelling by our installation team on paved or asphalt surfaces (tar, bitumen, etc.) is not permitted.

Packing: The packing material (wood, PE foil, cardboard, etc.) necessary for truck transport will be disposed of by the buyer on site.
