• V2A stainless steel outdoor air pump - frost-proof, maintenance-free, air pressure from 0 to 10 bar, high-quality frost-resistant pressure gauge
• Universal pump head/dual pump head (Presta, Schrader, Dunlop) with steel wire-coated hose and automatic retraction
• Bike mount with padded anti-slip mounting prism (3 mounting bolts)
• 1 x helmet holder
• 1 x tire patch
• 7 x high-quality tools from quality manufacturers on stainless steel cables with PVC coating and automatic retraction as well as manual retraction lock (tools made of stainless steel, chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and composite matrix plastic):
• 2 x tire levers
• 1 x adjustable open-end wrench (max. SW19.2 mm)
• 1 x hexagon socket set (Allen key set): 2.5-8 mm
• 1 x Phillips screwdriver (PH 2×100)
• 1 x slotted screwdriver 5.0×0.8×125
• 1 x Torx T25
• 1 x special tool set (1xVeyhl safety tool, 1xsafety bit)

 

Assembly

LEVELO station: 690 x 310 mm, base plate made of 8 mm steel with four holes for easy installation on the foundation using 4 x V2A heavy-duty anchors with hexagon nuts

 

Statics

Bicycle repair station made of robust steel construction (solid 2 mm sheet steel and stainless steel sheet as well as 8 mm sheet steel), max. tested load from above on the bicycle suspension: 200 kg

 

Theft protection

Safety pin on all accessible screws; Veyhl safety tool for pump handle; theft-proof nut incl. special tool for theft protection on the foundation

 

Surface/coating

The bicycle repair station is finished with an outdoor powder coating (according to corrosion protection classes according to DIN EN, category C4. This category corresponds to an industrial atmosphere and coastal atmosphere with moderate salt exposure.
