Altenmarkt im Pongau (Salzburg), October 2025. - The Stranger Solution GmbH has all Patents, trademark rights and exclusive distribution rights from bike-energy and is therefore immediately sole owner of the successful e-mobility company.
The brand bike-energy was already 2011 as a division of the Stranger Elektrotechnik GmbHwas founded. From the very beginning, Stranger was Idea generator, developer and manufacturer significantly for technological development and innovation in the field of E-bike charging infrastructure responsible. In previous years, sales were handled by an external partner who also previously held shares in the brand and patents. These rights have now been transferred in full to Stranger Solution GmbH passed over.
Outsourcing for growth and innovation
Around the topics Sustainable mobility, Charging infrastructure and digital services Stranger Solution GmbH was founded as a subsidiary specifically for this business area. The entire area bike-energy has now been outsourced there - for faster innovation processes, new markets and even more comprehensive customer support.
"With this step, we are bundling development, production, service and sales under one roof. This means for our customers: Shorter distances, more efficient processes and even more personalized support", explains Managing Director Sebastian Stranger.
More efficiency and new opportunities for customers
For existing customers and partners, everything remains as usual - all Products, services and conditions continue to apply. At the same time, they will benefit from even closer integration of the company's divisions and new digital solutions and services relating to charging infrastructure.
