Every bike-energy station comes factory-equipped with online capabilities. Updates, improvements, and new features are installed via CONNECT without the need for on-site intervention. The station you install today will be capable of more in five years than it is today.

In the operator portal, you can see for each station how often and for how long charging takes place, how much energy is being delivered, and whether everything is running smoothly. If any errors occur, you’ll be notified automatically without having to check yourself.

With an active CONNECT subscription, your station displays in real time how many charging points are available. E-bike riders can see this in the bike-energy app and head straight there instead of riding on.
